Smooth Dismissals with PickUp Patrol

Pickup Patrol has made student dismissal effortless at our school!

Here’s a quick refresher to keep pick-up smooth:

Set Your Default Plan
Each student should have a default dismissal plan reflecting their usual routine. Set this for hassle-free daily dismissal.

Changing Plans

• Early Dismissals: Picking up before 3:35 PM? Enter an Early Dismissal plan ASAP—ideally the day before.

• Car-Line Pickup: Picking up at the usual dismissal time but your child normally walks or buses? Use the Parent Pickup option and submit by 2:30 PM.

Absences & Late Notices
Enter student absences or late arrivals in PickUp Patrol.

You can email ew_attendance@dasd.org as a backup after you enter in PickUp Patrol.
